Swing Dance Wednesdays at Agate Hall The ELLA Swing Dance Club offers a dance every Wednesday night at Agate Hall. If you don't know how to dance, no problem, the drop-in lesson from 7–8pm will incorporate skills for all levels. Please stick around and dance with us after the lesson. Music goes from 8–9pm. ABOUT US
ELLA is a volunteer-run swing dance club that is dedicated to expanding lindy hop, east coast swing, balboa, shag, charleston and blues in Eugene, Oregon.
Our volunteers work together to host a weekly swing dance on Wednesday nights at Agate Hall. We also teach lessons including series classes and private lessons and perform at community events. We can always use more volunteers and we'd love for you to become more involved.
Wednesday, May 25 at Agate Hall
After eight years of providing Wednesday night dances to the Eugene community, ELLA Swing Dance Club has decided to take a break. Over the course of the last five months several of our volunteers have gone through exciting life events and have decided they can no longer volunteer for the group. Great news for them, but bad news for ELLA. This has left a strain on our remaining volunteers that is unsustainable. Consequently, we have decided to take a break for the summer and reevaluate in the fall. If you would like to volunteer at that time, please send us an email and let us know how you would like to help: eugenelindy@gmail.com.

We are having a celebration dance this Wednesday, May 25 at Agate Hall. Everyone is welcome to attend and show their support to all those who have volunteered their time over the last eight years.
The dance will be FREE for everyone. Tell your friends and come enjoy a fun, final lesson followed by music that’ll get you dancing.
